Our Process

It’ll be a pleasure to work with you!  Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

1. Start your build

Fill out the start-your-build form. We’ll contact you to set up a free consultation to discuss your plans and answer any questions you may have about our conversion process.

2. Deposit

We require a deposit of $5,000 USD to secure a space in our production calendar. With the deposit in hand, we may be able to start on your conversion within 30 days.

3. Design

We’ll discuss your specific requirements – power, water, your recreational activities and “creature features” – and then create electrical diagrams and layout renderings for your build. We’ll share the plans with you and align on all features before proceding further.

4. Build

We get to work. The build process takes between 12-16 weeks, depending on the amount of customization required and the availability of specialty components. During this time we’re in frequent contact with you to keep you apprised of our progress.

5. Delivery!

We present you with your shiny, new van conversion! We’ll go over all the systems and features and how to operate them safely and easily. If there are any issues regarding regular maintenance or component warranties, we’ll inform you of them at this time. Then you’re off!

6. Support

Your relationship with Acadian doesn’t end when you drive away. You can get in touch any time if you have any questions about your van, maintenance of components, or need any repairs. We’re proud to stand fully behind our builds, giving you the peace of mind to go forth and explore with confidence.
